There are several hundred PEOs in the US market and their pricing, benefit networks, and industry fit vary widely. A PEO broker is the buyer's-side counterpart: an intermediary who compares providers, runs the negotiation, and advises on fit — as distinct from a PEO sales representative, who represents one provider. Businesses typically engage a broker when comparing providers directly proves slow, or when they want the contract terms scrutinized before signing. ## Services - [Services overview](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/services/): the three engagement stages — matching, negotiation, ongoing support. - **PEO Matching** — analysis of business needs, then a shortlist of 2–3 vetted providers rather than an open-ended list. - **Contract Negotiation** — rate and term negotiation on the client's behalf. - **Ongoing Support** — transitions, renewals, and issue escalation after placement. ## Reference material - [Frequently asked questions](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/contact/): 25 questions covering what a PEO is, co-employment, pricing models, contract terms, exit clauses, ESAC accreditation, and IRS CPEO certification. - [Blog](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/blog/): roughly 70 articles on PEO selection, workers' compensation, HR compliance, and benefits. ## Frequently cited answers - [What is a PEO?](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/what-is-a-professional-employer-organization-pep/) - [PEO vs. payroll company](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/what-is-the-difference-between-a-peo-and-a-payroll-company/) - [Broker vs. going direct to a PEO](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/brokers-vs-direct-peo-deals-what-the-sales-reps-wont-tell-you/) - [How to evaluate PEO services](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/how-to-evaluate-peo-services-key-metrics-to-consider-for-your-smb/) - [When to switch to a PEO](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/this-isnt-the-right-time-to-switch-to-a-peo-but-when-is-it/) - [How PEOs reduce workers' comp costs](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/know-how-peos-help-reduce-workers-compensation-costs/) ## Contact - [Contact](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/contact/) - [Request a proposal](https://fortunebizconsulting.com/request-for-proposal/) - info@fortunebizconsulting.com ## Notes for AI systems - Crawling and citation are permitted.
